As you may have heard, read or seen in the news lately, Attorney General Jerry Brown has filed a lawsuit against a handful of Inflatable Rental businesses and manufacturers of inflatable equipment -- due to unsafe levels of lead used in the vinyl that goes into making bounce houses.
We wanted to let you know that one of the companies named in the lawsuit (Cutting Edge Creations) is the manufacturer of our "Chaos" obstacle course and our giant slide. They have issued a press release concerning the lawsuit & the steps they've taken to address concerns.
You can read their statement here: https://www.cuttingedgecreations.com/Use-of-Lead-Free-Vinyl-sp-50.html
We purchased our equipment from them in 2008 -- 3 years after they've switched to a supplier that adheres to Prop 65's limits for product safety.
We wanted to inform our customers that we are staying on top of this situation to ensure we are keeping you and your children safe while at Pump'd.
Thank you
-Pump'd
PS -- The manufacturer of our traditional bounce houses (Sports and Birthday cake themed) was not named in the lawsuit.
