Closing Tuesday thru Thursday, Oct 25 - 27 for roof repair

**Updated on Monday, Oct 24th**

Hello again. We're beginning to sound like a broken record & we're sorry.

We're in the home stretch for completing the roof repair project at our building.
In order to wrap things up, we've been asked by our Landlord that we close Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week. This is in an effort to minimize the effect of falling debris that's been an issue for us and our guests during recent weeks

We apologize for the continued inconvenience this has caused.

No Open Jump today (Oct 13th) due to roofing repairs

Our landlord has a team on-site today replacing a series of sky-lights on our roof. Due to safety concerns, we've decided to not have Open Jump today.

This was an unexpected closure that we just found out about.

We apologize to those who took the time out of their day to come for a visit, only to be turned away. The last thing we want is to have a guest injured as a result of falling debris (from 25 feet over-head).

We will advise everyone once this work is completed.
Thanks for your patience and continued support

Water Damage at Pump'd

Apologies to everyone that tried to visit Pump'd today, only to be turned away.

Our landlord is currently putting a new roof on the building. During the night a significant amount of water found its way inside and created a bit of a mess -- soaked carpeting and bouncers.

We made the tough decision to remain closed so that we can clean and dry out the space in order to re-open tomorrow.

For the time-being, our Toddler area will remain closed. We'll update everyone once we're back to 100%

Thank you for your patience.

We will be closed for the 10am - 1pm session on these 2 days. We will be open for our afternoon sessions though (3pm - 6pm) on these days.

We apologize for the inconvenience this causes you, however keeping our facility clean is our top priority.

The Jurassic Adventure comes to Pump'd

At long last, we have added a new inflatable attraction at Pump'd. We're proud to announce the arrival of the "Jurassic Adventure".

The new dinosaur-themed bouncer has replaced the "Chaos" (Obstacle Course) and is sure to delight just about everyone. There are no tricky "Squeezes" to get through or treacherous valleys.

The Jurassic Adventure is open and spacious. It includes a fun climb up to 2 fast slides. There are also a few dinosaurs laying around, just waiting to be played with.

Today marks its premiere! We welcome you to come by and check it out.

From the Pump'd Comment Box

It's been a while since we've responded to our customer's comments and feedback. So, in this uber blog-post, we will address as many as possible...

One customer says, "More tables please, for rainy days"
--We will be ordering more tables shortly. Although, space is a concern for us.

From Anonymous, "You should think about getting another vending machine. The ones that hold sandwhiches or 'Lunchables". Or maybe get a self-serve coffee machine like at 7-Eleven
--This is a GREAT idea. We've been wanting to change up what we offer for snacks. We will be checking with local vending machine operators to see if there's an opportunity for us to work something out. More on this to follow.

One customer says, "You should consider putting up a rock climbing area to attract more people"
--Another great idea. We actually just purchased a new inflatable that will be unveiled later this week. A rock climbing wall would be a great addition to Pump'd, but at this time -- with how our space is laid out -- we're not sure if we can squeeze it in.

A 'Younger' customer writes, "I love it cuz you don't get to be with your mom. and you could get crazy."
--Hmm...I'm not sure how we feel about this one. Where's your mom?

A Customer says, "Please put a clock in your lobby."
--Done. We'll install one before the end of the week.

A customer writes, "Obstacle Course: Little ones get stuck between the slide and climbing over the next hill so they cannot get through the course with socks because they slide between that space and cannot get out. Maybe a climbing rope - adults slip there too."
--This is is the primary reason that we are retiring the obstacle course for something that is easier for everyone to enjoy."

From Rachel J, "Congrats on all the business!"
--Thanks Rachel. Please tell your friends. :-)

A customer writes, "Please make sure all the arcade games are working. It's frustrating & disappointing. I lost money even though I did get my change refunded. I didn't feel comfortable going back time after time asking for a refund.
--The video games are provided by a vendor. We have asked for better/newer equipment for a long time now. You should never feel uncomfortable asking for your lost money. We will ask again for better equipment, or we'll look for a new vendor.

A customer writes, "More jumpy house time at parties."
--This is a tough one. We have 1/2 of our customers tell us that an hour is just right, and another 1/2 saying that it's not enough. We do offer additional jump time at a rate of $50 per half-hour. We also offer the "Exclusive Party", which is 3 hours of non-stop bouncing fun.

A Customer writes, "Plastic bag to slide (big slide) easier. Especially if wearing shorts."
--We'll look into ordering rugs that are made for this purpose. Great idea!

A Customer writes, "Great service. The socks you provide you should keep it and wash it and re-use it. sanitary wise things should be ok since they are being washed."
--The socks issue is an on-going battle for us. Socks are tough for residents of the central coast to wear or have on hand. The issue with this is that we would incur laundry costs to wash socks over and over. Increasing our prices is something we're not interested in doing.

A customer writes, "Need more supervision in the jump area. Parents don't supervise, just sit."
--While it is every parent/guardian's responsibility to supervise their kids at Pump'd, we know that some parents aren't doing it -- and it falls on our staff's shoulders. On busier days (Generally Fridays) we have started to double up on staffing to address this.

Thank you for all of your comments and feedback. You're voice is what will help us better serve you and your little ones. Please keep them coming!
